We do not manually mediate between you and your preferred matches like traditional marriage brokers do. Instead, we offer you the freedom of directly contacting & making necessary arrangements with your preferred matches yourself.
How can I contact my preferred matches?
(1) You can send messages through our website.
(2) You can send SMS.
(3) You can make phone calls.

How do you notify me if anyone sends me a proposal message?
We notify you a new proposal message by a message icon with a badge in the toolbar at the top something like this:

How do you notify me if customer service replies my query?
We notify you a new message from customer service by a question mark icon with a badge in the toolbar at the top something like this:

Why don't you send other kind of notifications such as emails?
Because we believe other kind of notifications such as sending multiple emails will annoy our customers.

What are the differences between a paid and an unpaid member?
How do you give priority to display profiles towards the top of search results?
(1) Paid profiles are given more priority than unpaid profiles.
(2) More active profiles (profiles use our website more often) are given more priority than less active profiles.
How much is your fee?
We are running a completely free promotional offer at the moment. Payment details will be available after the current offer period ends.

Privacy

Will others view my mobile number?
Only paid members can view your mobile number. During the free promotional offer period, all registered members can view your mobile number.
What if I receive annoying unwanted messages from your website?
You may block such senders using the 'block' button available with every proposal message you receive in your inbox.
What if I receive annoying unwanted calls from someone who got my mobile number from your website?
You may block such callers using the features that are available in mobile phones.
